La gastronomia

I met with Ali today for coffee in downtown Huntingdon. It's the first time I've seen her since Xela. She just recently returned from a semester abroad in Peru where, among many other things, she did an independent study about Peruvian food. We have decided to start a revolution in the gastronomy of the U.S. I know there are others out there who would agree (see Food Network). We need to eat more fresh breads, fresh fruits and vegetables, drink more coffee and tea, and actually make things from scratch. I say, down with preservatives and up with organics! Who's with me??
