Crayfishing.

Today I got my fishing license so that I could help catch crayfish in the Juniata River with my in-laws. We caught 350 (50/person) so that we could cook them with corn and potatoes and enjoy an authentic "boil." For many years now, I would not think of eating one. However, my recent travels have forced me to try many things of which I was skeptical. After I learned how to take it apart, I did eat lots of them. Moral: Have an open mind, especially about food, because you never know what you are missing.
